A community for people doing things later than everyone else, and slowly realising that might be the whole point.

The story behind this
I failed my way into medicine. Four entrance exams. Five gap years. Two application rejections. I was selling cars at 24, working 60-hour weeks, privately convinced I had missed my window.
I started medical school at 27. I graduated at 32. And somewhere in those five years, surrounded by people a decade younger than me, I realised something that changed everything:
The people who go back, who choose the harder, longer, less obvious path, don't just reach a destination. They become different people entirely.
That shift in identity, in confidence, in what you believe is possible for yourself, is what I want to build a community around. Not a course. Not a coaching program. A space where the people still in the middle of it can find each other.
Is this for you?
What's inside
A space to connect with others on non-linear paths. No performance, no comparison, no highlight reels.
Honest posts and updates you won't see on social media. The raw stuff, not the polished version.
Ask me anything. Career pivots, med school reality, training through exhaustion. All of it is fair game.
Study and fitness accountability with people who actually understand what your schedule looks like.
From the founder
Now I'm a junior doctor. I'm 32. And I spent five years being the oldest person in every room, which gave me a very specific kind of perspective.
I've been sharing that story online for a while now, and the response told me something: a lot of people are in that same quiet struggle. They're capable, they're driven, and they're doing something hard. They just can't find each other.
That's what this is. Not a course, not a coaching product. A club for people who started late and aren't stopping.
